I purchased a mattress from the Factory Mattress on Anderson Lane in Austin. The service was excellent. Sandra was very patient and professional. The mattress delivery team were very professional. The mattress, box spring and frame were set up in less than 5 minutes. I definitely recommend Factory Mattress.

We had a great experience choosing a new mattress at Factory Mattress. Our sales rep, Raul, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we couldn't initially decided. They have some sort of technology in the store that can help you find your ideal comfort zone. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd buy from them again.
