We had a great experience choosing a new mattress at Factory Mattress. Our sales rep, Raul, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we couldn't initially decided. They have some sort of technology in the store that can help you find your ideal comfort zone. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd buy from them again.

I went to buy a mattress and boxspring for my little girl who is turning five. I had been to one other store where the guy was nice but looked at me funny when I said I didn’t want to spend $1000 on a mattress for a five year-old. When I arrived at this store, I was welcomed and understood by a person who had kids/grandkids and we got the items I needed in the exact price range that I had in mind before I started shopping. I was very happy with this experience and will return for my next purchase.
We really liked that we both got our mattresses on the same delivery time. They took our old matresses so we didn't have to. The delivery persons were very nice and cleaned up after themselves.
