James was a huge help. He was attentive to my needs as a side sleeper and pointed me in the direction of a mattress that wasn’t too firm and just plush enough to meet my needs. I highly recommend checking out the factory mattress and the eclipse line of mattresses.

What a great and simple experience. We came in to buy a new mattress not understanding a thing about mattress… and I am coming out 20 minutes after with a mattress and an understanding of better sleeping habits. Very great service, and deal.
Factory mattress stands by their warranties. We purchased a mattress from them 5 years ago that started sagging and they gave us a full credit towards a new mattress! The process was super simple. They just delivered our new tempurpedic on Sunday and we haven’t slept better. Thank you!
