James was a huge help. He was attentive to my needs as a side sleeper and pointed me in the direction of a mattress that wasn’t too firm and just plush enough to meet my needs. I highly recommend checking out the factory mattress and the eclipse line of mattresses.
Very happy with the 366 day trial. I picked a mattress that was too soft originally and was able to replace it with one that I am very pleased with. With any other store I would have been stuck with a very uncomfortable mattress. Process was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
