Factory mattress stands by their warranties. We purchased a mattress from them 5 years ago that started sagging and they gave us a full credit towards a new mattress! The process was super simple. They just delivered our new tempurpedic on Sunday and we haven’t slept better. Thank you!

We had incredibly detailed help from Jamie. He had us lay on and inspect the pros and cons of probably 10 to 12 beds to scrutinize over what fit our bodies needs for a good nights sleep. We did have a little fumble with our delivery but again, Jamie jumped in and took care of it. We are loving the bed and getting the rested sleep we were hoping for. The mattress experience has been 5 stars.
Very happy with the 366 day trial. I picked a mattress that was too soft originally and was able to replace it with one that I am very pleased with. With any other store I would have been stuck with a very uncomfortable mattress. Process was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
