Edit: Not sure why this shows up for the 290 branch, we shopped at 18840 I-35 Suite 100, Kyle, TX 78640. Just to clarify! We generally dislike mattress shopping, but this was a great experience! We knew exactly what we wanted when we went in and the salesman was fast and efficient! He asked if we needed pillows, etc, but did not bug us when we said no. He got us a very quick delivery. My family and I have returned to Factory Mattress repeatedly over the years because of Daniel's great service and assistance at every turn. He is always insightful and responsive to any questions we have to help us make the choices that are right for us. I highly recommend coming in and working with Daniel. He's the best!
Daniel was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to answer any questions we had and get us the best bang for the buck. We are very happy with our pillows and box spring. Would absolutely recommend him and this store.
