Visited a few mattress stores over the Labor Day weekend. Was impressed with the salesman, Daniel. He knows his stuff! After comparisons from the other stores, we went with Mattress Firm. Quality, selection, and feel of the mattress sold us. We were lucky to get next day delivery and set-up. Mattress is firmer than the showroom but that is to be expected. Have no doubt it will be quickly broken in. All around nice experience we have not done in almost 15 years.
This is at least our third purchase from this store and specificallyfrom Daniel Hernandez, and as it happened, we were given the chance to truly experience the difference great customer service makes. We arrived before the store opened, and since we knew that the place across the street was open, decided to "pop over and look around". Daniel was great. Went in on a Sunday afternoon and he really spent a lot of time talking to us and guiding us. Turned out to be a really good experience that I was initially dreading. We have been VERY pleased with our new bed and are both sleeping much better. Highly recommend.
Had no idea which type of mattress we wanted but Matthew was a tremendous help. Hooked us up With some Really good deals.
Daniel H. helped us figure what we actually needed in a mattress and not just what we wanted. Great customer service! Although the company needs to get him some help! Poor Daniel was trying to help everyone as best he could. Didn’t mind to wait since we weren’t in a rush however not everyone is as patient. Would definitely recommend friends and family to come check out the drippings springs location just because of him. Thank you Daniel!
