Jake is a very smart, honest and good salesman. He has sold us the most expensive to the least expensive mattress and we have been happy with them both. He should really be a Manager. His personality is unbeatable. He is our mattress salesman forever!!!

Jake was absolutely amazing with helping us finding the perfect mattress for us! He was welcoming, super knowledgeable and not pushy. He walked us through a few options and really paid close attention to our sleep habits and how we felt on each one. I think we found the perfect fit! The best mattress experience out there.
Shopping at Factory Mattress was a pleasure. The salesperson was professional, patient, and knowledgable. As I waited to make a decision the associate working with me checked in to see if I needed any further information and also let me know about a big sale without pressure to come in and buy. The delivery was excellent as well. The truck came during the 2 hour time frame and was quickly unloaded and the bed set up. If Factory Mattress ran the world, it would be a happier place!
Marc, at the Pflugerville store, provided stellar customer service! My husband and I were experiencing an issue with one side of our adjustable not properly working and after lots of troubleshooting and YouTube videos, we were unable to resolve. I left a voicemail on the store number expecting no response, but received several return calls (phone was in silent mode).
