Customer Service Rep Manny was very professional and helpful, answered all questions and patiently explained the answers. He made my wife and I very comfortable, and did not have an aggressive sales pitch. We did purchase a high-end mattress at a good price, and are very comfortable with the product and process overall.
Worked with sales rep Manny on finding the right mattress. I love the assessment they do in store to help you find which mattress is right for you. He was very professional and answered any questions without hesitation. There was never any pressure to purchase. Very happy with the overall experience!
Great spot to try out quality mattresses. Mannie, the rep, was friendly and helpful. He helped to narrow my search and point me in the direction of a few that would suit my needs. I explained the last few mattresses I’ve had caused lower back and neck pain and that I would need to exchange if that continues with the new mattress. The mattress only took a couple days for delivery. So far my whole experience has been great with them so I would highly recommend!
Jacob the sales guy was fantastic and was very friendly and informative. Not pushy or annoying. He listened to my needs and my budget. I love the assessment they do in the store to help you choose a mattress that works best for your body composition and sleep habits. They also have a great 360 day return policy. Jake at the Pflugerville store definitely needs to be recognized! He is a great salesman. Not pushy, listened to my needs, no BS, upfront, full transparency. Just the type of salesperson I love doing business with. He made the purchase easy with his suggestions. Will definitely use them again when I need another mattress! And their prices are fair!
