Good selection. The clerk had the personality of a cold fish! 5% fee on credit cards!
Mason needs to learn proper customer service skills. Bought a bottle of Chardonnay Friday that turned bad. Went in today to let them know the product they are selling is TRASH and needs to be removed. The attendant today was great, he called Mason to let him know. Mason didn't care at all, "that's the chance they take when buying alcohol" is what Mason said. We asked the attendant to call Mason back.....he still acted like it was our fault for buying bad wine. My husband went in to find a bourbon he’s been chasing down for a while. He went in and asked if they have it. They said no. The person behind him asked if they had it and they gave the other guy one. RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND!!! That’s so messed up. Completely unprofessional and rude. Will not shop here ever again
Great staff, pretty decent selection of bourbon and rye's. Was able to grab some bottles there that would have cost 1.5-2X more where I live. Would repeat :)
Was told no they don’t have anything in the back then the guy next to me, walked up and asked, and they went and got him something from the back super awesome experience
